Pick-ups are by APPOINTMENT ONLY
If you would like to pick up your order, PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ON THE WEBSITE. Due to scams we are only accepting cash, cash app , Apple Pay and Zelle .
Please DO NOT show up without a confirmed pick-up appointment scheduled prior to arrival.
Also, please DO NOT text regarding pricing and availability as the website is up to date with inventory which is where you'll need to look before texting your order.
Once you know exactly what you want and know the pricing you can text your order to 916 709-5787.
Pick-ups are available same day of purchase within operating hours and shipping is about 2-5 days. Shipping is nationwide.
Hours are from 9am - 7pm.
Our pick-up location is located in the Natomas area at 2939 Gateway Oaks Dr. Sacramento, CA.
DO NOT SHOW UP UNTIL YOU GET DIRECTIONS AND CONFIRMED TIME.
*Please note that this is simply a pick-up location. You have a confirmation for any pick-up. There are no walkups of any sort. Thank you!
Marie’s Luxury Hair Extensions are inspected multiple times prior to shipping. The hair is hypoallergenic and for this reason, we do not offer any refunds – all sales are final! We will only ship to the confirmed address associated with the information you provide to PayPal. Please be sure to double-check the information you enter before sending it. If you enter the wrong information you will have to wait for your order to come back (which can take up to 30 days) and you will have to pay the shipping fee again.
No returns/refunds for any products. All orders ship out in 2-5 business days. Marie’s Luxury Hair ships only to locations in the United States. There is no international shipping at this time.
We try our very best to expedite your order process.

Marie's Luxury Hair Extensions is not responsible for any packages that are delayed due to mishandling by carrier (we ship with USPS), undeliverable addresses, weather, incorrect contact information for all shipments. Once your package has left Marie's Luxury Hair Extensions facility, we are not liable for any damaged, delayed or lost packages. If your package says delivered, but you did not receive package or shipping status has not updated, please contact USPS directly and file a claim with them by calling 1(800) 275-8777, be sure to have your tracking number on hand.
Customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order's billing and shipping address. Always double check your address for any mistakes or missing apartment numbers. Since we process all orders fairly quickly any requests for address changes will not be guaranteed. Undeliverable addresses include: incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses or return to sender, etc.
If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the package is delivered back to our facility, you are responsible for the extra shipping fee for us to ship it again.

All shipping rates will vary depending on a few different factors, some of which include:
- Domestic vs International shipments
- Total weight of package
- Selected shipping method (First class shipping is cheaper but is not insured. Priority shipping is more expensive but faster and comes insured in case your package gets lost or stolen)
- Destination of package
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
We always ship first class, our shipping is very fast. Usually takes 2-5 days (not including processing time). Please allow 1-3 days for processing time.
We ship Monday through Friday.
NOTE: During restocks, holidays, sales & new releases, there can be an additional 3-5 business days of processing time.
Transit times will vary based upon a few different conditions, including but not limited to:
- Total distance between us and you
- Whether your parcel is a domestic (USA) or international (everywhere else) shipment
- What delivery method you select
Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to USPS directly. Our customer service agents only have as much information as can be seen by you through your tracking number.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Please allow between 1-2 business days for your tracking number to update once you receive your tracking number by email.
