Marie’s Luxury Hair Extensions are inspected multiple times prior to shipping. The hair is hypoallergenic and for this reason, we do not offer any refunds – all sales are final! We will only ship to the confirmed address associated with the information you provide to PayPal. Please be sure to double-check the information you enter before sending it. If you enter the wrong information you will have to wait for your order to come back (which can take up to 30 days) and you will have to pay the shipping fee again.
No returns/refunds for any products. All orders ship out in 2-5 business days. Marie’s Luxury Hair ships only to locations in the United States. There is no international shipping at this time.

Marie's Luxury Hair Extensions is not responsible for any packages that are delayed due to mishandling by carrier (we ship with USPS), undeliverable addresses, weather, incorrect contact information for all shipments. Once your package has left Marie's Luxury Hair Extensions facility, we are not liable for any damaged, delayed or lost packages. If your package says delivered, but you did not receive package or shipping status has not updated, please contact USPS directly and file a claim with them by calling 1 (800) 275-8777, be sure to have your tracking number on hand.
Customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order's billing and shipping address. Always double check your address for any mistakes or missing apartment numbers. Since we process all orders fairly quickly any requests for address changes will not be guaranteed. Undeliverable addresses include: incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses or return to sender, etc.
If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the package is delivered back to our facility, you are responsible for the extra shipping fee for us to ship it again.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
We always ship first class, our shipping is very fast. Usually takes 2-5 days (not including processing time). Please allow 1-3 days for processing time.
We ship Monday through Friday.
NOTE: During restocks, holidays, sales & new releases, there can be an additional 3-5 business days of processing time.
